SCP PS series is for large scale of production to produce nano-particles. It is process to produce nano-particle pass through nozzle after supercritical CO2 of solute. Scale of production is determined based on the amount of production and reactor is made of more than 10liter. It is continuous type In case of producing nano-particle and capacity of production can be adjusted depending on how you mix it with pressurized carbon dioxide.
ILSHIN AUTOCLAVE is specialized in manufacturing SCP PS series with patents and know-how. Pressure vessels for extraction and separation, storage are designed based on ASME. It maintains precise temperature by inside electric oven and the nanoparticles supercritical process is performed with back pressure regulator and special components such as nanoparticles nozzle. |
