Stress corrosion cracking (SCC) can lead to unexpected sudden failure of normally ductile metals subjected to a tensile stress, especially at elevated temperature in the case of metals. SCC is highly chemically specific in that certain alloys are likely to undergo SCC only when exposed to a small number of chemical environments. The chemical environment that causes SCC for a given alloy is often one which is only mildly corrosive to the metal otherwise. Hence, metal parts with severe SCC can appear bright and shiny, while being filled with microscopic cracks. This factor makes it common for SCC to go undetected prior to failure. SCC often progresses rapidly, and is more common among alloys than pure metals. Loop Series of ILSHIN is the testing equipment can be used in various equipments. It uses secondary reactors, mixers and various pressure vessels, also some special materials such as Ti, Hastelloy, Haynes alloy can be used according to special condition.

LOOP SERIES CONTROL SYSTEM
1. Feedback Control
From feedback of the Primary variable change, adjust proportional-integral, proportional, proportional- derivative, integral, proportional-integral-derivative
  2. Feedforward Control
Feed forward-feedback control system connects to the secondary variable. That can reduce the range of primary variable.
 
     
3. Cascade Control
This type consists of two feedback control loops
  4. Ratio Control
Set the ratio value and adjust the ratio between controlled variable and uncontrolled variable.
