SCP 10 series for the production facilities are made as the purpose of demonstration models. It is continuous type In case of producing nano-particle and capacity of production can be adjusted depending on how you mix it with pressurized carbon dioxide. Scale of plant equipment are available depending on the capacity for production of large-scale process. Reactor for performing the reaction is greater than the capacity of 1liter and temperature & pressure for supercritical carbon dioxide can be controlled precisely. ILSHIN AUTOCLAVE is specialized in manufacturing SCP 10 series with patents and know-how. Pressure vessels for extraction and separation, storage are designed based on ASME. It maintains precise temperature by inside electric oven and the nanoparticles supercritical process is performed with back pressure regulator and special components such as nanoparticles nozzle.
