SCP 05 series is for laboratory using characteristics of the solute dissolved in the supercritical fluid deposition of nano-sized particles. A small amount of nano-particles in supercritical reaction can be performed and reactor is made with a capacity of less than500ml. Nano-particles are produced according to characteristics of the solvent and solute and temperature & pressure for supercritical carbon dioxide can be controlled precisely.
ILSHIN AUTOCLAVE is specialized in manufacturing SCP 05 series with patents and know-how. Pressure vessels for extraction and separation, storage are designed based on ASME. It maintains precise temperature by inside electric oven and the nanoparticles supercritical process is performed with back pressure regulator and special components such as nanoparticles nozzle. |
