SCDB 100 is demo model for production in plant. Before mass production equipment manufacturing, various supercritical debinding test will be necessary. This model is just for these test to get data, so the equipment's output and scale will be estimated. The extraction reactor volume is from 10L and also can be specially made according to customer's request. Ilshin Autoclave Co.,Ltd obtained several patents about supercritical CO₂ extraction method. In addition to many years experiences and all the design conforming with ASME CODE, that ensures the safety. The reactor cover is also quick clamp type that can open and close easily. Equipment is also consist of several optimum components such as freezer, heat exchanging tank, pressure regulator.
