MDD 300 uses coupling instead of belt to connect motor and Magnedrive directly. There are few noise and vibration due to simple components and the housing is made from anodized aluminum for corrosion resistance. There is protection cover to protect against impacts. Shaft and bearing are made from SUS, Ni, Ti for corrosion resistance, heat resistance and durability. Neodymium magnet ensures stirring for high viscosity as well as low viscosity.
There are Thread type and Flange type for coupling with reactor. We installed cooling jacket in the housing for cooling by air/water so stable stirring in constant speed and power despite high temperature.
MDD 300 is especially useful for chemical production or synthesis process in certain condition. |
