MDD 100 uses coupling instead of belt to connect motor and Magnedrive directly. There are few noise and vibration due to simple components and the housing is made from anodized aluminum for corrosion resistance. There is protection cover to protect against impacts. Shaft and bearing are made from SUS, Ni, Ti for corrosion resistance, heat resistance and durability. Neodymium magnet ensures stirring for high viscosity as well as low viscosity. There are Thread type and Flange type for coupling with reactor. We installed cooling jacket in the housing for cooling by air/water so stable stirring in constant speed and power despite high temperature. MDD 100 is especially useful for chemical production or synthesis process in certain condition

Convenience and Silence
• Easy installation and operation and convenient repair and replacement due to simple components
• Easy RPM controlling by motor
• Ensure accurate power transfer by belt
• Few noise, vibration and dust
Utilization
• Applicable for low viscosity and high viscosity by various models and specification
• Stirring for diffusion and dispersion of fluid(gas/liquid) in high pressure and temperature
• Customer can choose connection type between Thread type / Bolt type and apply sealing type between Gasket / O-ring.
• Manufacture for lab scale as well as plant scale
• Available in clean room because of direct motor connection.
• Applicable in small workspace due to compact size.
Durability
• Less damage by bearing due to direct motor connection
• Long time operating due to high durability and corrosion resistance
• Available in high temperature (Max. 330℃)
• Installed cooling jacket to prevent deterioration by high temperature.
