MDB 500 uses Urethane O-ring, Mastar Wege V-belt and timing belt to connect to the housing of motor. The housing is anodized aluminum which has corrosion resistance. Shaft, Bearing and other components are made from SUS, Ni, or Ti. Neodymium magnet of MDB 100 enables constant torque and stirring for low viscosity and high viscosity. There are Thread type and Flange type for coupling with reactor. We installed cooling jacket in the housing for cooling by air/water so stable stirring in constant speed and power despite high temperature.
