is pilot scale for production.
The condition for production can be derived through a variety of test of the supercritical extraction system. As the previous step to apply the productions of the plant scale, capacity of production and size of equipment are to be expected through the results of pilot scale. Reactor's volume of pilot scale of supercritical extraction is minimum 10 liters. Precise control for supercritical carbon dioxide gas of temperature and pressure is possible to extract solid by basket type. A variety of materials can be extracted through deep tube line in order to extract the liquid.
ILSHIN AUTOCLAVE is specialized in manufacturing SCE 100 series with patents and know-how. Pressure vessels for extraction and separation, storage are designed based on ASME and to be convenience quick clamp type for open/close. It is consisting of chiller and heating exchange tank, pressure adjustor, various components for completed supercritical system.
