| HSR PS is a large scale reactor for hydrothermal reaction in a mass production. The whole equipment is controlled by automatic system. We used the different types of materials for interior and exterior to improve a corrosion resistance and chemical resistance. We applied stainless steel for exterior material and nickel for interior material. Nozzle basically consists of injection line, emission line, safe vent and thermocouple. Magnetic bar and There are multiple options such as deep tube for gas injection during the process, and cooling coil for rapid cooling. |
