| BFB2L is 2000㎖ reactor, suitable for various chemical reaction. We manufacture customized products according to temperature and pressure needed for process. Because use metal material, it’s too heavy to use. Therefore, we installed rails in the structure to make vessel move forward and backward and use pneumatic cylinder to vessel move up and down for sample injection and emission. We can install agitator to accelerate reaction. It is basically made from stainless steel for chemical resistance, and the vessel is easily removable. It is able to apply SUS liner or Teflon liner according to purpose of research and corrosion resistance. Nozzle basically consists of injection line, emission line, safe vent and thermocouple. There are multiple options such as deep tube for gas injection during the process, and cooling coil for rapid cooling. |
