| BFB2G is 2Gal(7,570㎖) reactor, suitable for various chemical reaction. We installed rails in the structure to make vessel move forward and backward and use pneumatic cylinder to vessel move up and down for sample injection and emission. We can also install agitator to accelerate reaction. It is basically made from stainless steel for chemical resistance, and the vessel is easily removable. It is able to apply SUS liner or Teflon liner according to purpose of research and corrosion resistance. Nozzle basically consists of injection line, emission line, safe vent and thermocouple. There are multiple options such as deep tube for gas injection during the process, and cooling coil for rapid cooling. |
