| HP10 is a hydraulic pressure, used for raising temperature(Max.250℃ ) and compression(Max.10t) at the same time. HP10 consists of pressure gauge for accurate pressure measuring(0.5%) and hand pump to generate a pressure. The plate is made from aluminum for thermal conduction and we also installed cartridge heater and thermocouple for accurate temperature measuring and controlling. After pressurizing, a cylinder can be returned by a spring in the cylinder. Automatic hydraulic valve controls operating speed accurately. Simple equipment composition enables easy and convenient operation and maintenance. Small equipment size is available to small workspace.
Load cell for accurate measuring, spacer for adjusting height and touch screen control system can be applied optionally.
