CTR 100 is 100ℓ (or more) reactor, used for continuous hydrogenation process, and manufactured to automatically inject and transfer samples because hard to open / close cover due to a heavy weight of the equipment. There are many other components for hydrogenation such as mixture reactor and pump. This composition facilitates a phased hydrogenation. CTR 100 is made from is made from stainless steel or carbon steel, and the inside is made from double junction nickel. The cover of vessel is fixed, and samples are putted through pipes. Multiple components are installed according to purpose. Nozzle basically consists of injection line, emission line, safe vent and thermocouple.
