RS300 is basically made from stainless steel for chemical resistant and using easily removable vessel.
Multiple options are available such as SUS liner Teflon liner. Nozzle consists of injection line, emission line, safe vent, and thermocouple. Various options are available such as deep tube for gas injection and cooling coil for rapid cooling.
