MDA 800 is direct coupled motor agitator, used BLDC(Brushless Direct Current) motor which has long life, low noise and high capacity. It's suitable for stable stirring with high efficiency and speed. There are few noise and vibration due to simple components and the housing is made from anodized aluminum for corrosion resistance. There is protection cover to protect against impacts. Shaft and bearing are made from SUS, Ni, Ti for corrosion resistance, heat resistance and durability. Neodymium magnet ensures stirring for high viscosity as well as low viscosity.
It is coupled with reactor by thread and suitable for stirring without leak in dangerous and toxic materials process. We installed cooling jacket in the housing for cooling by air/water so stable stirring in constant speed and power despite high temperature.
