PMR 100 is 100ℓ reactor, used for continuous polymerization process, and manufactured to automatically inject and transfer samples because hard to open / close cover due to a heavy weight of the equipment. There are many other components for polymerization such as mixture reactor and pump.This composition facilitates a phased polymerization and handles a certain amount at one time. PMR 100 is made from stainless steel or carbon steel, and the inside is made from double junction nickel. The cover of vessel is fixed, and samples are putted through pipes. Nozzle basically consists of injection line, emission line, safe vent and thermocouple.
